Wilmington Reformed Church is a Reformed Presbyterian Church — we are members of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church (OPC). For more details on our doctrine, visit our beliefs page.
Our service uses a liturgical structure — a call to worship, prayer of confession, and preaching of the Word are all elements of our worship time. You'll receive an order of worship to help you follow along.
Our worship service is family integrated — even the smallest babies are welcome and encouraged to be present. Normal noises are expected and not bothersome as we work to train our little ones to participate in worship. If it's necessary to step out, the nursery is always open for parents to use as a cry room, as well as a nursing mother's room.
During our Sunday school hour (9:30 AM) we have a staffed nursery for ages 0–4 and two children's Sunday school classes.
We invite all those who have been baptized, who have publicly professed their faith in Christ, and who are members in good standing of a Bible-believing church to join with us in the celebration of the Lord's Supper. If you are not a member in good standing of a Bible-believing church, we respectfully ask that you refrain from taking communion, but we encourage you to talk with the pastor to find out more about the faith and church membership.
Come as you are! You'll see a range of attire from suits to jeans. We want you to be comfortable.
